  • This Holiday voucher is only for promotional purpose and not for sale.
  • This Holiday Voucher is redeemable at the below mentioned Resorts and is subject to payment of Rs 3000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as Cover Charges payable at the Club Mahindra Resorts (CMR) during check in.
  • This Holiday Voucher is valid only in the following resorts of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (Club Mahindra) namely Ashtamudi, Munnar, Mount Serene Munnar, Poovar, Arookutty, Thekkady in Kerala, Madikeri Coorg, Virajpet Coorg in Karnataka, Danish Villa Ooty, Derby Green Ooty, Puducherry in Tamilnadu, Baiguney, Gangtok in Sikkim, Binsar valley, Binsar Villa, Corbett Safari, Kanatal, Mussoorie, Naukuchiatal in Uttarakhand, Kandaghat - Shimla, Mashobra - Shimla, Manali Snowpeaks, Manali White Meadows, Naldehra in Himachal Pradesh, Kanha in Madhya Pradesh, Hatgad, Saj Mahabaleshwar in Maharashtra, Tungi, Acacia Palms, Emerald Palms in Goa. Gir, Kensville near Ahmedabad, Dwarka in Gujrat, Jaisalmer, Kumbhalgarh, Udaipur, Jaipur, Jodhpur in Rajasthan.
  • Club Mahindra reserves its right to add to or remove any Resort/s from the above list at its sole discretion without any advance intimation/notification.
  • An updated List shall be displayed at the holiday voucher redemption page (https://gvms.clubmahindra.com/giftvoucher/Login.php#.Yv3zgHZBzIU).
  • The enumeration of any resort in the above list does not guarantee a booking against requisition.
  • Cover charge of Rs. 3000 per booking will be applicable at all the above-mentioned resorts of Club Mahindra.
  • The cover charge does not include taxes levied on product or services availed, the same will have to be paid by the bearer of the Holiday Voucher to the resort during bill settlement.
  • The holiday voucher can be availed only in the following periods: 2nd January to 21st April, 28th May to 12th October, 29th October to 8th November, 19th November to 20th December.
  • Reservations for Club Mahindra Resorts are open only 4 months in advance and availability can be checked online using the redemption code.
  • All the bookings are on first – come- first – serve basis and subject to availability. Availability of Club Mahindra Resorts & Apartment is subject to change from time to time and can be confirmed basis real-time online availability as and when you login for the purposes of the seeking Booking.
  • Accommodation will be provided basis apartment category reserved only and to the number of individuals as permissible and provided for in the given apartment category. No additional guest/s accompanying the bearer of the Holiday Voucher shall be allowed except the person/s allowed/ permissible under the voucher. All other costs, including but not limited to cost of travel, meals, taxes and cost of using various services and facilities at the above-mentioned resorts, will have to be borne by the bearer of the Holiday Voucher.
  • The Booking of the Holiday voucher should be confirmed within the validity period.
  • Club Mahindra shall provide alternate accommodation, if for some reason, it is unable to provide holiday after issuance of confirmation voucher in the allotted resort.
  • Upon confirmation of booking, an Electronic Confirmation Voucher (e-CV) would be sent to your email address registered with us.
  • To honor your reservation, please carry the Confirmation Voucher with a valid government photo identity proof at the time of check-in at the resort.
  • This Holiday voucher is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or in any other manner and is valid for single use redemption only to get Confirmation Voucher (CV).
  • This Holiday Voucher is for personal use of the person in whose name it is issued. Any instance of registration/ redemption of this Voucher by any other person shall lead to immediate cancellation of this voucher and/ or booking made there under. The benefits under this Holiday Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other GV / Offer / Facility / Right. This Holiday Voucher is not redeemable by employees, distributors, franchisees, agents or suppliers of Club Mahindra/ Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited and/ or their direct dependents.
  • Voucher is redeemable only once, if found that Prospect is using the voucher by changing email id or new mobile number then Club Mahindra reserves the right of GV cancellation.
  • The validity of the Holiday Voucher (HV) cannot be extended.
  • The management of the company reserves the right to reject any Holiday Voucher that has been found in any way unacceptable.

Book your Holiday online:

  • Go to http://www.clubmahindra.com and click on "Redeem Holiday Voucher".
  • Enter the Coupon Code and click on submit.
  • You will get a pop-up to enter the redemption code. If you haven't received the redemption code, click on resend redemption code and follow next steps.
  • Enter the redemption code received on your registered mobile number/email address and click on submit.
  • Select the destination that you want to go to and check the dates on which consecutive nights are available. Select the check-in date from the calendar below, check your personal details and proceed for booking.
  • You can redeem the voucher later by entering your coupon number (within the GV expiry date). You can also check the availability and book your stay at the Resorts mentioned below. All bookings are subject to eligibility and availability.
  • One chance of cancellation and re-booking the GVMS Holiday is available on the portal. We understand that if due to some emergency, you have to cancel the booking, you can do it yourself by login to the portal.
  • One Time amendment in booking can be made, you can change the Holidays date for the same resort only once in the system.
  • Cancellation/amendment is allowed only 15 days prior to check-in of your existing booking.
  • Please note, if your mobile number or e-mail address is already registered in the portal then you can't use this voucher twice.
